Warm-up ALL: 30-20-10 reps / 7 min cap Banded monster walk (R+L=2) Mountain climbers (R+L=2) Band hamstring curls Strength OPEN: Tempo Back squat 3.3.3.1 (4 sets of 4 ) 4 sets of 4 3331 tempo (3 count down, 3 count ACTIVE hold in bottom, 3 count up, 1 count before next rep) * Recommended set weight at approx. 60-70% of 1 RM. **As always WE WANT QUALITY reps more than QUANTITY on bar. Be smart and stay true to Tempo please. *2 min rest between sets
